What personal data we collect and why we collect it

When you leave comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

When you upload a file/media content

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

When you submit Contact forms

The contact form/s on the site is collecting and sending data to our office staff for servicing you better. We will receive these data only you agreed to share those data with us. ( During you are submitting your form/s, We may additionally record your IP address, HTTP User-Agent, and The Date that form/s filled and submitted to us (this information is using to identify the spam activities)). Also, we will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about such as events and new programs or new changes to this privacy policy. (Please note that we also have the rights to change or edit this policy without notifying you).

Cookies

We will not sell rent or share the information we collected thru this website. However, the information you send us thru contact forms such as “Per-Authorized Debt transaction (PAD)” we may share with third-party companies such as banks.

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

The information you sent us thru contact form/s such as email addresses and phone numbers may retina indefinitely. Other information may be deleted after finalizing the process.

Your information is protected both online and offline. We use the current industry-standard encryption procedure during transmitting your data from you to us. in our office, authorized employees/ volunteers/ Officers only have access to your information. We never collect your credit card data thru this website.
